Serving The Ottawa Hospital
Regional Elevator become The Ottawa Hospital’s elevator service provider in the summer of 2014.
They are responsible for 94 elevating units spread across 3 campus’s. The knowledge of the technicians is excellent and they are meeting all expectations since assuming the role. Their technicians communicate with hospital management on a regular basis keeping them apprised of equipment status, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance activities.
Along with providing maintenance services, Regional Elevator is also responsible for modernizing 30 elevating devices at the hospital. The initial 2 units were completed in the summer of 2014 and are well appreciated for their uptime, visual and functional appeal. The 28 other units are scheduled for modernization over the next few years with a number already in various stages of completion.
Through the efforts of Regional Elevator, The Ottawa Hospital is providing modern reliable elevators to serve its patients, visitors, and staff.

Modernizing for ManuLife
We retained Regional Elevator to carry out the retrofit of four gearless and one hydraulic elevator in one of our commercial office buildings.
The on-site technicians were courteous and attentive to our tenants, and the Project Manager worked closely with us and was responsive and thorough with all of our inquiries.
The job went very well, on schedule with limited disruptions.
